About climate clock
The climate clock is one of the most dynamic climate movements in the world today. It combines art, science, technology, and grassroots organizations to allow the world to take action in time.
The project is focused on a simple idea: a clock that counts down the critical time window ("deadline") to reach zero emissions while following the improvement of the critical solution path ("lifeline").
By showing when and what to do, the clock determines its key mission-a fast and fair transition to a safe climate future-and puts it at the forefront of our attention.
Since its famous launch in New York in September 2020, climate clock teams have emerged all over the world, from Chiapas to Kazakhstan, from South Korea to Glasgow.
